The Ohio State Bar Association (OSBA) this month is offering a CLE presentation titled Supreme Court Year in Review.
The program will take place on Friday, December 8 from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Forum Conference Center, East Ninth and St. Clair streets, Cleveland.
This course will analyze the important decisions of the Ohio and U.S. Supreme Court for 2006, and discuss their implications for the Ohio practitioner. Attendees will come away with a more focused understanding of these cases and, where possible, the faculty will explore where the courts are heading in various areas of the law.
Speakers will be James R. Beattie, professor, Capital University Law School; Deborah A. Coleman, Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP, and Irene Keyse-Walker, Tucker Ellis & West.
