OSBA Program Will Review Basics Of Understanding Financial Statements

The Ohio State Bar Association (OSBA) this month will present a basic-level CLE course titled Financial Statements Workshop - Understanding Financial Statements and Tax Returns in Bankruptcy and Domestic Cases.

The program will take place on Wednesday, March 14 at the OSBA offices, 1700 Lake Shore Drive, Columbus, OH; on Monday, March 19 at the Receptions Conference Center North, 5975 Boymel Drive, Cincinnati, and on Wednesday, March 21 at the Forum Conference Center, East 9th and St. Clair streets, Cleveland. Each session will run from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

This course will cover the balance sheet, income statement, and accounting terminology, using tax returns to discover non-disclosed assets and income, and will provide example calculations in converting taxable income to cash income.
