Orrick advises on $100 million green revenue bond offering for Oscars® museum

Orrick is serving as underwriter’s counsel to Wells Fargo Securities on a $100 million green revenue bond offering whose proceeds will be used to complete the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures.

The 2020A fixed rate bonds, which priced on February 20, 2020, will be issued by the California Infrastructure and Economic Development Bank. The proceeds of the bonds will be used to finance a portion of the costs of construction, renovation, retrofitting, improvement and equipping of the museum, which is set to open in Los Angeles on December 14.
