King & Spalding announced today that Olivier N. Antoine has joined the firm’s Business Litigation practice group as a partner in the firm’s New York office.
Antoine’s practice focuses on high-stakes antitrust litigation, government investigations and transactional matters. He has extensive experience representing clients in protracted merger and antitrust investigations before the Federal Trade Commission, U.S. Department of Justice, the European Commission, China’s State Administration for Market Regulation and many other international antitrust agencies. His practice covers a broad range of industries and also includes civil and criminal antitrust enforcement matters as well as antitrust audit counseling.
“We are thrilled to welcome Olivier to King & Spalding. Olivier’s breadth of experience further enhances our antitrust capabilities as well as our overall New York offering,” said Damien Marshall, co-leader of the firm’s Business Litigation practice group. “Olivier has a thriving antitrust practice that fits seamlessly with our strategic goals as we continue to build our litigation practice.”
Antoine joins King & Spalding from Crowell & Moring, where he led the New York antitrust practice. He has been recognized as a top New York antitrust lawyer by Chambers USA for more than a decade. He earned his J.D. and an LL.M from the University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne and an LL.M from Fordham School of Law.
“I am excited to get started at King & Spalding, where the deep and sophisticated platform will bring my practice to the next level,” said Antoine. “I’ve worked with many of my new King & Spalding partners before and am confident that teaming with them will mean great things for the firm and our clients.”
Antoine is the latest addition to King & Spalding’s antitrust team in New York, following the arrival of antitrust litigator Ross Elfand in October.
