The Oklahoma Bar Association is planning a CLE seminar titled Oklahoma Insurance Law Update 2007 in two locations.
The program will take place on Friday, May 11 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Tulsa, OK, and on Friday, May 18 at the Oklahoma Bar Center, Oklahoma City, OK. Sessions run from 8:30 a.m. to 2:50 p.m.
Among the discussion topics are: The Oklahoma Insurance Landscape 2007; Oklahoma Case Law Update; Life, Health, Disability & ERISA Update; Property & Casualty Law Update; Significant Issues for Insurance Agents and Adjusters, and Bad Faith From the Plaintiff's Perspective and the Defendant's Perspective.
