Oklahoma Bar Plans Seminar On Mortgage Foreclosures

The Oklahoma Bar Association is planning a CLE seminar titled Tool Time for Creditor's Counsel: Judicial Mortgage Foreclosures in two locations.

The program will take place on Friday, October 12 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Tulsa, OK, and on Friday, October 19 at the Oklahoma Bar Center, Oklahoma City, OK. Sessions will run from 9 a.m. to 2:50 p.m. at each location.

Discussions will cover topics such as: Start With a Good Set of Blueprints: Building Blocks for a Solid Foreclosure Action; Use the Right Tool for the Job: Special Issues Concerning Commercial Properties; The New Yankee Workshop: Current Ethics Issues in Foreclosure Practice, and Measure Twice - Cut Once: Working With Your Title Company.

The program planner and moderator is Monica Wittrock, vice president and chief operations officer, First American Title Insurance Company.
