The Oklahoma Bar Association is planning a two-day CLE seminar titled Intensive Introduction to LLC Law, Tax, and Practice & Doing LLC Deals.

The program will take place on Thursday and Friday, October 25 and 26 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Tulsa, OK. Sessions run from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. each day.

The seminar will provide: a detailed introduction to LLC statutory law with special reference to the Oklahoma Limited Liability Company Act; guidelines for choosing among LLCs and non-LLC entities in entity formations; an intensive overview of the LLC formation process; a plain-English introduction to LLC taxation, and ethical guidelines in representing two or more clients in an LLC formation.
