OK Bar Plans Stress Management Seminar

The Oklahoma Bar Association this month has scheduled a CLE seminar titled Stress Management for Professionals: Change and Powerlessness as part of its Ignore No More: Mental Health Issues in the Legal Workplace series.

The program will take place on Thursday, November 9 from 6 to 6:50 p.m. at the Oklahoma Bar Center, Oklahoma, City, OK. Registration will begin at 5 p.m., followed by dinner at 5:30 p.m.

The program will look at Conceptive Stress Management to include home-related, health-related and work-related issues. Participants will identify how full their cups are, realize that they have control over emptying space in their own cups, but accept that they cannot empty or control other cups.

The featured speaker is Dr. Wenonah R. Barnes, CEO and counselor at LifeFocus Counseling services in Oklahoma City.

For details on registration fees and available CLE credits, see the Bulletin Board on The Metropolitan Corporate Counsel website at www.metrocorpcounsel.com.
