OK Bar Plans Seminar On White Collar Crime

The Oklahoma Bar Association has scheduled a CLE seminar titled White Collar Crime in two locations this month and early next.

Programs will take place on Friday, October 27 at the Oklahoma Bar Center, Oklahoma City, OK, and on Friday, November 3 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Tulsa, OK. Sessions will run from 9 a.m. to 2:50 p.m., with registration starting at 8:30 a.m.

Speakers will cover topics such as: Internal Investigations: Pitfalls and Practical Tips; Parallel Civil and Criminal Proceedings; Deferred Prosecution Agreements: Federal and State Practice; Post-Booker Sentencing Strategies; Oklahoma's Multi-County Grand Jury: Its Operation in White Collar Cases, and Ethical Issues in White Collar Cases.

Program planners are the Hon. Jerome A. Holmes, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and Daniel G. Webber Jr., Ryan, Whaley, Coldiron, P.C.
