On October 4, the New York County Lawyers’ Association (NYCLA) Civil Rights and Liberties Committee hosted a reception at the NYCLA Home of Law for Columbian attorney Adil José Melendez Marquez, Esq. Mr. Melendez Marquez is a human rights and labor lawyer who has represented farmers and laborers in the rural areas of Colombia.
