The New York County Lawyers' Association is offering a video replay of a CLE seminar titled Breakfast With NYCLA: Hot Topics in Legal Ethics.
The program will take place on Friday, September 28 from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the NYCLA Home of Law, 14 Vesey Street, New York City.
While most attorneys are passionate about representing their clients to the fullest extent possible, the line between zealous and overzealous representation can often be blurry. Crossing this line can result in prejudice to a client's case.
