NYCLA Seminar To Examine Laws Impacting Wellness Programs

The New York County Lawyers' Association has planned a two-hour seminar titled Wellness Programs: Legal Compliance and Effective Plan Design.

Participants and speakers David Schorr, Schorr Associates and Patricia Berger-Friedman, Watson Wyatt Worldwide will convene at 6 p.m. at the House of the Association, 14 Vesey Street, New York City.

The discussion will focus on an examination of the various laws impacting the design of wellness programs, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA).
