NYCLA Seminar On Employment Law

The New York County Lawyers Association is offering a video replay of a popular seminar titled Handling of Employment Discrimination Cases on Tuesday, December 21, at NYCLA, 14 Vesey Street in New York City. The video replay begins at 8:30 a.m. and ends at 12:30 p.m.

Participants will learn the basics of how to evaluate an employee discrimination case, such as where to file; ethical considerations involved in employment cases; the special discovery and litigation issues unique to employment cases; alternative dispute resolution; and how to develop successful litigation strategies.
