NYCLA Seminar On Employment Discrimination Cases

Handling Employment Discrimination Cases is the focus of a program on Tuesday, June 17.It will take place in the second floor auditorium at the Home of the Law, 14 Vesey Street, New York City, from 6 to 9 p.m.

The program will be chaired by Louis Pechman, Berke-Weiss & Pechman LLP, who specializes in employment and labor law.

Mr. Pechman will explore the basics of how to evaluate an employment discrimination case, such as where to file, ethical considerations; special discovery and litigation issues; alternative dispute resolution; and how to develop successful litigation strategies.
