NYCLA Schedules Patent Law Seminar

The New York County Lawyers' Association (NYCLA) will present a CLE seminar titled Hot Topics in Patent Law.

The program will take place on Thursday, April 19 from 6 to 9 p.m. at the NYCLA Home of Law, 14 Vesey Street, New York City.

An expert in the field will discuss new developments in the area of patent practice, including: new rules proposals for practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO); recent cases affecting patent practice, and ethical considerations involved in practicing before the USPTO.

The featured speaker is Dr. John Gladstone Mills, supervisory patent counsel for the U.S. Navy.
