NYCLA Schedules Annual FINRA Public Forum

On Monday, February 1, the New York County Lawyers' Association will holdits annual FINRA Listens . . . and Speaks program at the NYCLA home, 14 Vesey Street in New York City.

The program will begin at 5 p.m. Martin L. Feinberg will moderate a discussion with Katherine Bayer, regional director, Northeast Region, and Rachel D. Glasgow, deputy regional director, Northeast Region,both of FINRA Dispute Resolution. Topics covering recent initiatives will include new rules requiring explained decisions, one-arbitrator panels for cases up to $100,000, panel composition rules for industry disputes involving associated persons, expedited procedures for arbitration of promissory note cases, and more.
