NYCLA Presents Four-Part Seminar On Civil Trial Practice

The New York County Lawyers Association will conduct a video replay of a four-part session on Civil Trial Practice. The first of the series will begin on Wednesday, July 28, the second part is on Thursday, July 29, the third session is on Wednesday, August 4, and the final session is on Thursday, August 5. Each session in the series will begin at 5:30 and end at 9:00 p.m. The entire series will offer up to 14.5 hours of continuing legal education credit.

The seminar will be located at the offices of the New York County Lawyers Association at 14 Vesey Street in New York City.

Participants will hear from a panel of distinguished jurists and foremost litigators in various fields of practice. The program will take attendees through the entire NY state civil trial process and teach ways to develop and improve trial practice techniques.

The program chairs are Robert S. Kelner of Kelner & Kelner and the Hon. Robert Lippmann, justice, State Supreme Court of New York County. The faculty includes Clifford Aaron of London Fischer LLP; Myrna Felder, Raoul Lionel Felder, P.C.; Professor Richard T. Farrell, Brooklyn Law School; and the Hon. Barbara R. Kapnick of the Supreme Court of New York County.
