NYCLA Plans Lexis News And Public Records Research Program

A seminar titled Lexis:News & Public Records will be held on Wednesday, June 11 from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. in the library,3rd floor, Home of the Law, at 14 Vesey St, New York City.

A Lexis staff attorney and research and training consultant will conduct the program for those who want to enhance their ability to search for news and public records via Lexis.com.

Lexis makes over 18,000 news publications available. Searches can be made by publication, geographically or topically.The audience will learn how to create personal email clipping services, utilize the Public Record databases, locations and people.Industry and analytical resources will also be explored.
