NYCLA Lecture - Managing Clients, Judges And Opposing Counsel

The New York County Lawyers Association is presenting a lecture titled Manage Your Relationship with Clients, Judges and Opposing Counsel, So That They Don't Manage You.

It is scheduled for Friday, May 6 at the NYCLA legal education center at 14 Vesey Street in New York City and will run from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

The lecture will be presented by Clyde Eismen of the Law Firm of Clyde Eisman. Mr. Eisman is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of New York, the federal courts sitting in the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.

Attendees will learn a practical approach to managing relationships with clients and other players in the profession that influence the success or failure of a law practice. The focus of the lecture will be on creating a win-win environment whereby representation is zealous and creating a more efficient and effective practice through better case management techniques.
