NYCLA Hosts Employment Law Discrimination Seminars

The New York County Lawyers Association offers a two-part series on How to Handle an Employment Discrimination Case, with the first part on Monday, May 16, and the second part on Monday, May 23. It will be held at NYCLA, 14 Vesey Street in New York City. Each session begins at 6:00 p.m. and ends at 9:00 p.m.

Attendees will learn the basics of how to evaluate an employment discrimination case, such as where to file; ethical considerations involved in employment cases; the special discovery and litigation issues unique to employment cases; alternative dispute resolution; and how to develop successful litigation strategies.
