On Wednesday, April 28, the New York City Bar will offer a program designed for corporate counsel from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the New York City Bar Association, located at 42 West 44 Street, New York City.
In-house counsel and the outside attorneys who advise public companies must consider a wide array of regulatory requirements and practical considerations that to not apply to privately held companies. The program is designed for participants already in-house and those seeking to go in-house a and will cover the essentials of board relations, shareholder relations and current corporate governance topics, focusing on issues that are of greatest interest to smaller public companies.
