NYC Bar To Examine Securities Arbitration & Mediation

The New York City Bar Association will co-sponsor a program, Securities Arbitration & Mediation Hot Topics 2008: "The" Program for Attorneys, Experts, Arbitrators & Mediators, on Wednesday, June 4 from 5:30 to 9 p.m. at the House of the Association, 42 West 44th St, New York City.Other co-sponsors are FINRA, NFA, ADR, New York County Lawyer's Association and the CPR International Institute for Dispute Prevention and Resolution.

The program chair will be Roger M. Deitz, Office of Roger M. Deitz, Dispute Resolution.

The speakers will examine rule changes, decisions and proposals. The program delivers practical suggestions and effective techniques for coping with new rules and recent decisions as well as tested advice on prosecuting and defending securities arbitrations and mediations.
