NYC Bar Plans ReplayOf Retail Leasing Seminar

The New York City Bar Association has scheduled a video replay of a CLE seminar titled Retail Leasing: Shopping Centers, Strip Centers, Restaurant Leases & More!

The program will take place on Thursday, August 23 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the House of the Association, 42 West 44th Street, New York City.

This program is for beginning and intermediate real estate attorneys. The panelists will review the critical issues in shopping center leases, including percentage rent clauses, exclusives, radius clauses and continuous operation clauses; negotiating with anchor tenants and the practical concerns raised by such negotiations for landlords and tenants; the difference between strip centers and shopping center leases; special issues in retail leases in Manhattan, and restaurant leases.
