The New York County Lawyers' Association this month will present its 30th Annual Civil Trial Practice Institute.
The two-part event will take place on Friday and Saturday, March 16 and 17 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day at the NYCLA Home of Law, 14 Vesey Street, New York City.
This newly updated institute brings together a panel of jurists and litigators in various fields of practice who will take attendees through the entire state civil trial process. Participants will learn ways to develop and improve trial-practice techniques within the context of personal injury, matrimonial and commercial litigation.
Among the speakers are the Hon. Richard Braun and the Hon. Barbara R. Kapnick, New York State Supreme Court for New York County, and Richard L. Spinogatti, Proskauer Rose LLP.
