NY ACCA Seminar Will ProbeCompliance Via Computer Forensics

The Greater New York Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America and the firm of Stroz Friedberg LLC this month are offering a CLE seminar titled Compliance: Using Computer Forensics to Ensure Process/Protocol.

The program will take place on Wednesday, February 21 from 9 to 10 a.m. at the Penn Club of New York 30 West 44th Street, New York City.

The program covers the new and emerging civil and criminal liability standards against which compliance programs will be judged, and how to forensically audit data retention policies, manage the risk of outsourcing data retention, forensically authenticate the data underlying compliance, and investigate mass deletions and wiping of data.

Speakers are Eric Friedberg, Stroz Friedberg, and Adam Rosman, senior vice president of corporate compliance, Cablevision Systems Corporation.
