NY ACCA Seminar Will Explore Trade In Eastern Europe

The Greater New York Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America and the firm of Wolf Theiss have scheduled a CLE seminar titled Legal Issues of Investments in Eastern Europe and Austria.

The program will take place on Thursday, February 7 from 4 to 6:30 p.m. at the Austrian Consulate General, 31 East 69th Street, New York City. A reception will follow from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.

The program will focus on two primary themes: M&A in Eastern Europe - Problems and Opportunities, and Austria - An Excellent Gateway in Eastern Europe.
