The Directors Roundtable and Marsh this month are planning a CLE seminar titled What Directors & Officers Need to Know: The Inside Story on Investigations, White Collar Crime, Government Watchdogs, and Insurance forthe Greater New York Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America.
