The Greater New York Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America and the firm of Jackson Lewis are planning a CLE seminar titled Ethical Issues facing In-House Counsel.
The program will take place on Wednesday, November 14 from 3:30 to 7 p.m. at Club 101, 101 Park Avenue, New York City.
The speaker will be Stephen Gillers, professor of law at New York University School of Law. Professor Gillers, a nationally recognized ethics expert, will lead a discussion of the ethical considerations when dealing with employees, opposing counsel and witnesses.
