NY ACCA Program Will ExamineVarious Aspects Of Computer Forensics

The Greater New York Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America (NY ACCA) and the firm of Stroz Friedberg, LLC next month are planning a CLE seminar titled Computer Forensics: Technology, Law and Strategy.

The program is scheduled for Tuesday, October 11 from 8:45 to 10:15 a.m. at the offices of O'Melveny & Myers, Times Square Tower, 7 Times Square, New York City.

The discussion will include the key issues regarding the authentication of computer forensics evidence including the preservation and spoliation of evidence as well as an attorney's duty in each area.

The featured speaker will be Eric M. Friedberg, partner and general counsel for Stroz Friedberg.

There is no registration fee for the seminar.
