The law firm of Simmons & Simmons will host an evening seminar on Key Corporate and Antitrust Issues in Public and Private European M&A for the New York Chapter of the American Corporate Counsel Association on Tuesday evening, June 5.
The program will be held from 3 to 7 p.m. at The Harvard Club of New York City, 35 W. 44th Street.
