Nuix and advisory firm, KordaMentha, announce a new partnership to offer Nuix DiscoverⓇ under a software-as-a-service (SaaS) model to the Asia-Pacific region.
“Many organizations are now choosing to move their eDiscovery from on premise to the cloud, but security is still a concern for some,’’ said Grant Whiteley, Partner from KordaMentha. “Nuix’s recent completion of the IRAP assessment allows us to offer our clients more choice from our portfolio and with added security assurance. This partnership will provide clients with best-in-class secure eDiscovery software wrapped by the services and forensic expertise you can expect from KordaMentha.”
KordaMentha has one of Asia-Pacific’s largest teams of forensic technology and discovery specialists, with ASIC-endorsed secure evidence storage in Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth, and Sydney. It has teams of experts who can uncover, analyze, and clarify facts at the center of disputes, investigations, and other sensitive commercial matters.
“In recent years we’ve seen increased regulatory scrutiny of many aspects of corporate behavior and KordaMentha has vast experience with regulatory matters,” said Paul Muller, Nuix CEO Asia Pacific & Japan. “Nuix technology has been used for most of the Royal Commissions in the past 10 years, so it made sense for us to partner together as experts in this field.’’
