The Northeast Ohio Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America this month has scheduled a CLE seminar titled The Litigation Arena: Offensive and Defensive Strategies, Tactics and Techniques.
The program will take place on Thursday, February 15 from 8 to 10 a.m. at the McDonald Hopkins Company, Fifth Third Bank Building, Suite 2100, 600 Superior Avenue, Cleveland.
This seminar will address: beginning stages of litigation (contractual provisions and early dispositive motions); middle states of litigation (i.e. Rule 30(B) depositions and electronic discovery); alternatives to litigation; end stages of litigation with a discussion about settlement negotiations, trial considerations, and post-judgment mechanisms.
Speakers will include Anthony La-Cerva, Anthony Divenere, Dan McKee, William O'Neill, Lynette Papushak, Matthew Rechner, and Heather Kern, all of McDonald Hopkins.
