The Northeast Ohio Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel is planning a CLE session titled Employment Law Update for 2008.
The program will take place on Thursday, April 17 from 8 to 10 a.m. at The Union Club, 1211 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland.
The program will examine some of the latest developments in the laws governing activities during the period of employment as well as those affecting the end of employment, including conducting reductions in force and the drafting of severance agreements.
Speakers will be James D. Vail and Jonathan L. Stark, Schneider, Smeltz, Ranney & LaFond.
