The Northeast Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America is offering a CLE seminar titled E-Discovery Update: Tips and Tactics for Making Informed Decisions.
The program will take place on Friday, March 9 from 8:30 to 11 a.m. at the offices of Bulkley, Richardson & Gelinas, LLP, 1500 Main Street, Springfield, MA.
Kroll Ontrack (a provider of large-scale electronic and paper-based evidence and data recovery services for law firms) will help attendees examine the various stages in a typical electronic discovery project: preservation and collection, filtering, processing, review and production, and will help to develop a road map for how to make informed decisions about best managing each stage.
Speakers at the session will be Sandy Dibble, Bulkley Richardson; Kenneth Nourse, legal consultant, Kroll Ontrack, and Denise Tessier, general counsel, Aspen Specialty Insurance.
