The Northeast Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America this month has scheduled a CLE seminar titled E-Discovery Update.
The program will take place on Tuesday, December 12 from 8 to 10 a.m. at the offices of Verrill Dana, LLP, One Portland Square, Portland, ME.
This seminar takes a look at the various stages in a typical electronic discovery project: preservation and collection, filtering, processing, review and production, and develops a road map for how to make informed decisions about best managing each stage. Attorneys will be able to incorporate tips and tactics into their own case strategies, so that they can avoid the pitfalls of spoliation and learn how to control costs.
Speakers will be Peter Black, Verrill Dana, and Ken Nourse, Kroll Ontrack.
