The Northeast Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America will present a day-long CLE seminar titled Business Skills for Lawyers: Negotiation, Analysis and Strategic Implications of a Merger.
The program will take place on Thursday, November 15 from 8:15 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Boston University School of Management, 595 Commonwealth Avenue, Boston.
Staff of the Boston University School of Management and attorneys from Ropes & Gray will examine the merger between Whole Foods Markets and Wild Oats Markets. Specific discussion topics will include: Framing the Agenda - Analysis of a Merger; Examining the Whole Foods-Wild Oats Merger - What the Numbers Tell Us; Strategic Implications of the Merger, and Understanding the Legal Implications.
The program is open to ACC members only. There is no registration fee for the seminar.
