North Carolina Bar Seminar Focus: Protecting Privileged Communications

The North Carolina Bar Association (NCBA) will present a CLE seminar titled The Attorney-Client Privilege and the Work Product Doctrine.

The program will take place on Thursday, February 14 from 8:15 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the NC Bar Center, 8000 Weston Parkway, Cary, NC. Registration begins at 7:45 a.m.

The featured speaker is Thomas E. Spahn, a commercial litigator with McGuireWoods.
