Norris McLaughlin Plans SeminarOn New E-Discovery Rules

The firm of Norris McLaughlin & Marcus, P.A. is responding to the new rules for dealing with electronically stored information (ESI) with a seminar titled E-Discovery: Is Your Business Ready To Navigate Through the Minefield?

The program, aimed at in-house counsel, business owners, consultants, risk managers and human resources professionals, will take place on Wednesday, September 19 from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the Norris McLaughlin offices, 721 Route 202-206, Bridgewater, NJ.

This seminar is designed to address the proliferation of information technology that has made it difficult for a company to know what information is within its control and how to manage that information to reduce litigation risk and comply with various laws. It will explore ways to identify, preserve, collect, review, and produce massive amounts of ESI, and how to avoid litigation risks and costs previously unknown.

Speakers will be Jim Shrager, Margaret Raymond-Flood and Fernando Pinguelo, who head Norris McLaughlin's Response to Electronic Discovery and Information Group.

There is no registration fee for the seminar. For reservations, call Cathy Canterino at (908) 252-4251 or email [email protected].
