On Wednesday, October 20, Norris McLaughlin & Marcus, PAwill present a workshop on writing employee handbooks. The seminar will begin at 8:30 a.m. and end at 10:30 a.m., and is located at the New Jersey offices of Norris McLaughlin & Marcus, P.A., 721 Route 202-206 in Bridgewater, New Jersey.
The workshop will feature the nuts and bolts of creating and maintaining an employee handbook. It is designed for practitioners in the human resources field and business owners who will be given an overview of what it takes to write and maintain a solid employee handbook. The topics will focus on the common mistakes and pitfalls and practical considerations; the "must have" policies that need to be included in all handbooks; and customizing, finalizing and distributing an employee handbook.
The panel of speakers includes Pat Collins, Annmarie Simeone and Keith McDonald of Norris McLaughlin and Marcus.
