NJICLE Presents Recent Developments In New Jersey Law

The New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education reviews developments in state laws on Wednesday, August 11, at the New Jersey Law Center at One Constitution Square in New Brunswick. The program begins at 9:00 a.m. and adjourns at 3:00 p.m. and offers 5 CLE credit hours.

Participants will be brought up to date with the latest developments in the law to effectively represent clients in New Jersey.General practitioners will learn how to expand into new practices areas. Some of New Jersey's leading authorities will provide insight into issues such as professional malpractice, products liability, fiduciary litigation, labor and employment matters, arbitration and mediation, civil practice, estate planning, bankruptcy and ethical concerns.
