NJICLE, NJCCA, NJSBA To Present 2007 Corporate Counsel Institute

The New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE), the New Jersey Corporate Counsel Association (NJCCA) and the New Jersey State Bar Association Business Law Section this month are co-sponsoring the 2007 Corporate Counsel Institute.

The conference will take place on Wednesday, January 24 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the New Jersey Law Center, Ryders Lane Exit off Route One, New Brunswick, NJ.

Discussion topics will include: Sarbanes-Oxley Act, Privacy Issues, D&O Issues: Limitation of Indemnity/ Advancement of Legal Fees; International ADR, Ethical Considerations, and Improving the Partnership Between Inside and Outside Counsel.

The program moderators are Robert D. Chesler, Lowenstein Sandler PC, and Arthur H. Saiewitz, former president, NJCCA.
