NJCCA Schedules Seminar On Corporate Intelligence

The New Jersey Corporate Counsel Association (NJCCA) is planning a CLE seminar titled Competitive Intelligence and Corporate Intelligence - The Sword and the Shield.

The program will take place on Thursday, December 13 from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, Morristown, NJ.

The panel will discuss Competitive Intelligence from both a domestic and international perspective. Real life examples of corporate espionage will be emphasized, and the panel will explain how they relate to what is permissible under current laws. The focus will be on both external and internal attacks and the legal ways in which organizations can protect themselves and their intellectual property.

Speakers will include Eugene Weitz, counsel, Alcatel-Lucent; Sandra A. Jeskie, Duane Morris LLP, and Jon Olsen, division counsel, Alcatel-Lucent.
