The New Jersey Corporate Counsel Association (NJCCA) this month is offering a CLE seminar titled The Two Faces of M&A: From Due Diligence to Doing Divestiture.
The program will take place on Tuesday, May 8 from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the offices of Day Pitney, 200 Campus Drive, Florham Park, NJ.
Attorneys from Day Pitney will offer practical advice and takeaways to prepare attendees for the challenges inherent in every merger, acquisition or divestiture situation.
