NJCCA Plans Seminar On Dealing With McNulty Memorandum

The New Jersey Corporate Counsel Association (NJCCA) is offering a CLE seminar titled Note to General Counsel: McNulty Made Your Jobs Harder.

The program will take place on Thursday, November 29 from 8:30 to 11 a.m. at a northern New Jersey site to be announced.

This seminar from two leaders in white collar defense will develop strategic and tactical processes in-house attorneys need to implement in the face of the McNulty Memorandum's clouded message. Among the topics that will be developed for in-house counsel use are: Corporate Miranda: When Necessary, Who Should Do This and When; Joint Defense Agreements, and Attorney-Client Privilege and Conflicts.

Speakers will be Ray Brown, Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP, and Bruce Goldstein, Saiber Schlesinger Satz & Goldstein, LLC.
