NH Bar Association To Present CLE Video Replay On E-Discovery

The New Hampshire Bar Association will replay its recent seminar on electronic discovery on Wednesday, January 28 starting at 9 a.m and concluding at 3 p.m in the NHBA Seminar Room, 2 Pillsbury Street, Concord.The speakers will include program chair Arnold Rosenblatt, Cook, Little, Rosenblatt & Manson, PLLC; Jamie N. Hage, Nixon Peabody LLP; Philip R. Waystack, Waystack, Frizzell Trial Lawyers; and Daniel E. Will, Devine, Millimet & Branch.

The topics will include discovery issues such as: obtaining electronic evidence; responding to requests for electronic evidence including obligation to preserve evidence and record retention policies; obtaining information from storage devices, making forensic copies of storage devices, maintaining the integrity of the data, types of data available, and obtaining data that might at first appear to be inaccessible. Also to be explored is what deleted data looks like to the forensic examiner, presenting data at trial, applicable federal and state rules and recent developments in the law.
