Oritz, DLA Piper US LLP; and Wendy Wysong, Clifford Chance, will discuss the following issues: extraterritorial applications of U.S. criminal law - issues relating to prior statements and search and seizure overseas; conducting investigations abroad; interviewing witnesses abroad; admitting evidence obtained overseas; and FCPA, export control, cross-border criminal prosecutions.
