On Wednesday, July 21, the New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education will feature a seminar on The Best Practices in Intellectual Property Law Litigation.
The seminar is located at the Newark Club, One Newark Center in Newark, New Jersey. It will begin at noon with a luncheon and adjourn at 2:30 p.m.
This presentation will be an interactive panel session with the court and counsel on the best practices in trademark, copyright, patent, unfair competition and false advertisement litigation in federal court.
Angela Foster, Law Office of Angela Foster, will moderate the discussion with panelists Hon. Joseph A. Greenway, Third Circuit Court of Appeals; Hon. Stanley R.
