Dynamic Discovery is the title of a CLE seminar planned by the State Bar of Nevada.
The program will take place on Thursday, August 16 from 1:30 to 4:45 p.m. at the Rio Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.
Discussions will focus on: The Independent Physical and Mental Evaluation; Strategic Motions in Limine Based on Compliance With Discovery Deadlines; Extending Trial Dates and Discovery Deadlines; Early Resolution Conferences and the Impact on Discovery; Discovery Practices to Follow and Discovery Practices to Avoid, and Professionalism: Where Have All the Heroes Gone?
Speakers will be Nevada Civil Discovery Commissioner Bonnie Bulla and Clark County District Court Judge Elizabeth Gonzalez.
