The State Bar of Nevada this month will offer a Negotiations seminar in two locations.
The program will take place, on Wednesday, December 6 at a Las Vegas site to be announced, and on Thursday, December 7 at the Northern Nevada Bar Center, Reno. Sessions run from 9 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. at each location.
Among the topics to be discussed are: Communication Skills and 'Perfect Information'; Ethical Considerations; Best Alternative to a Negotiated Agreement; Game Theory and Prisoner's Dilemma; Countering Opponents Tactics, and Good Faith Settlements.
