The State Bar of Nevada and the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California and Nevada this month are planning a CLE seminar titled Construction Defects.
The program will take place on Friday, March 30 from 9 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. at Bally's Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.
Discussion topics will include: Hot Topics: The Dragon's Fire; Administration of the Action: Managing the Monster; Coverage & Appeals: Crossing the Moat, and Construction Practices 101: Building the Castle.
Among the speakers are Mark Schellerup, Robinson & Wood; the Hon. Michael Cherry, Nevada Supreme Court, and Floyd Hale and Bruce Edwards, JAMS.
